We will gather only enough personal information about customers to provide the proper level of service to those customers.   

Whenever UbiStor hires other organizations to provide support services, it requires them to conform to our privacy standards and we audit them for compliance. We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that customer privacy is respected.

The Way We Use Information 

We use the information you provide about yourself when submitting a form only to complete that request for information. 

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. 

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We do not provide your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for direct marketing purposes or sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make personal data commercially available to any third party.

Any reliance on the information by visitors to the site is at the risk of the visitor and UbiStor holds no liability for any actions or inaction of the visitor that are taken based on the information provided.
